Arnold Johnson

Following in his father’s footsteps, Arnold has over thirty-five years experience in the precision machining, sheet metal, and tooling industries.  He worked fifteen years for Natter Manufacturing, a division of Fairchild Industries in Temple City, CA and Salt Lake City, Utah.  Arnold also worked for Swift-Cor Tool & Engineering in Gardena, CA. From there he moved to Denver, CO and spent four years working for Electronic Metal Products. Following his time in Denver he returned to Gardena, CA to spend the next sixteen years working for Swift-Cor Aerospace.

 Arnold has been in executive management positions at all of these companies, leading workforces of up to 400 employees in multi-facility operations. He has been leading lean manufacturing initiatives and workplace process automation, transforming operations since 1992.  He is a hands-on, engineering minded, technical manager with experience ranging from the ground floor up.  His systematic, process-driven approach to problems offers an excellent foundation for solving problems, making PFI an added value advantage to our customers.

 Arnold has been married for over thirty years, has three beautiful daughters and enjoys his leisure time with family and friends.  He loves the outdoors, sports, fishing and hunting.
