Twenty Eight years Small Business Manager, Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, Weld Engineer, Designer, Chief Estimator.

Steve worked for many years in the Aircraft Industry as a Tool Maker building Jigs & Fixtures, soft tooling and composites while attending college for an Engineering Degree.  Later, he teamed up with Michael Burdge at an aerospace machining and fabrication company.  After gaining several years experience in fabrication and welding, he came on board when Process Fab began operations.  Steve is usually found overseeing the day-to-day activities of all departments: Estimating, Design, Fabrication, Machining, Assembly and Tooling. 

Steve has supervised and managed the manufacturing of many large Ground Support Equipment Items, Major Bond and Assembly Tools and is regarded as an expert Manufacturing Engineer for developing methods to produce close tolerance Flight Hardware and Airframe Structure Assemblies.

Steve’s dedication to the success of Process Fab and pleasing its customers is why he can be found working long days.  Steve is an active Turboprop pilot with an instrument rating and enjoys spending his spare time with his family traveling or just flying. His other hobbies include boating, water skiing, snow skiing, hunting, gun collecting and motorcycle riding.
