FLIGHT HARDWARE EXPANSION
PFI has seen a steady growth in the field of Flight Hardware for military,
aerospace and commercial programs. On June 1, 2009 we expanded operations in a
new 18,000 sq ft Airframe and Spacecraft Structures Assembly Building
facilitated with Overhead Cranes offering safe efficient handling of products.
All of our technicians are trained Aircraft Assembly Mechanics with systems
integration experience. This operation will provide added value to our customers
looking for Flight Hardware Assembly turn key solutions
ENGINEERING/DESIGN EXPANSION
New 2,000 sq ft engineering facility opened operations June 1, 2009. This
expansion offers customers Engineering, Design & Stress Analysis. We are
operating in CATIA 4 - 5, Unigraphics NX 2-4, Pro-E Wild Fire, Solid Works with
stress analysis in COSMOS / Nastran. All our Tool designers carry expert
knowledge level in lean ergonomic philosophies used by most major customer
Aircraft and Spacecraft Tooling Systems.
Our turn key approach offers Engineering, Tool Design, Stress Analysis,
Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures to accommodate part manufacturing & assembly,
Large 3, 4 & 5 axis milling & turning, Flight Hardware Assembly, Load
Testing, Systems Integration, Ground Support, Access Work stands, Weld
Fabrication and Field
Installations.

our machining department. Schedule target operating date July 6, 2009. This
machine has greater capacity than our #2 large Nicolas Correa 5 axis CNC
Machine. The new machine envelope encompasses 12'x 25'x 83".
