PFI expands capabilities in
Design & Build of Scaled Mock-Ups. This most recent department expansion is
in support of the numerous Satellite & Space System simulation projects,
Military Aircraft maintenance training schools and Museum Stage pieces our
customers are buying. Our team of Mock-up/Prototype personnel has grown to
support 2 shifts occupying 18,000 square feet of our 150,000 sq ft facility.
Both Metallic and Composite Materials are used to produce these affordable
Models to meet our customer's specifications

5 Axis Gantry Mill
Our new 5 axis High Speed RAMBAUDI H60L is now operating & offering
our customers added capacity for High Speed machined parts. Machine envelope
236.22" x 106" x 166" with feed rates running 630 IPM @ 24,000 rpm. 2 work
shifts 7 days / week. We maintain multiple 5 axis machines with equal
capacities to offer our customers a risk free machine load
commitment.

New Assembly Facility
Jan. 4, 2010 PFI Opens another
24,000 sq ft Flight and Space Structures Hardware Facility. This facility will
be dedicated for the final assembly efforts on our large Flight and Space
Structures Assemblies. Systems testing will also be an integral part of this
facility encompassing: Proof Load, Hydro Testing, Electrical, Pneumatic,
Hydraulic, Mechanical and Function testing.
